  • ORANGE PEEL - warms and strengthens the stomach.  Improves appetite and digestion.  Indicated for bronchitis.  Interestingly, Orange peel can help infuse the body's cells with water and nutrients thus allowing skin to be full, smooth, and soft.

    CINNAMON BARK -  is a warming spice to stimulate digestion.  It helps address nausea, gas, abdominal cramping, and diarrhea.  It assists with colds, flu, and bronchitis.  Cinnamon bark is an assistant herb, encouraging the actions of more directional herbs.

    CARDAMOM SEED - helps with damp, catarrhal conditions of both the digestive and the respiratory systems.  It stimulates digestion and helps relieve gas, bloating, belching, and hiccups.  It also helps relieve stress-induced indigestion.  Beneficial for colds, acute sinusitis, chronic bronchitis, and asthma.

    CLOVE FLOWER BUD - stimulates the liver and digestion and helps with gas, hiccups, and indigestion.  Assists with colds, bronchitis, and asthma.

    GINGER ROOT - sluggish liver, appetite loss, difficult, uncomfortable digestion, accumulation of undigested food, nausea, vomiting, gas, bloating, and indigestion are addressed by Ginger root.  Helps address cold and flu onset and bronchitis.

  • BOTANICAL SAFETY INFORMATION:

     

    Avoid during pregnancy. May lower blood sugar. Use with caution if diabetic and monitor blood sugar levels. Not for long-term use; do not exceed recommended dose. Standard Dose: 2.0 to 4.0 grams of Cinnamon bark as tea.

    May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and upper GI hemorrhage. Not for long-term use; do not exceed recommended dose. Standard Dose:  1.0 - 3.0 grams of Clove bud as tea.

    Avoid with active gallstone disease. Avoid with blood thinning medication. May potentiate anti-platelet medication. Large doses may cause gastrointestinal disturbance. Excessive doses of preparations made from fresh Ginger root have been reported to cause dry mouth, sore throat, nosebleeds, and kidney inflammation.
