BOTANICAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Herbs are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Use 5 - 15 drops, 1 - 2 dropperfuls, or as much as a teaspoon at a time. Dose frequency could be 1 - 3 times or several times a day as desired. Generally best to start with less before increasing dose. Better results are more likely if taken on a daily basis. After several months of use, take a break. If necessary, change to a different set of herbs.
Do not use herbal products to replace necessary care by a qualified physician.

Avoid use with a history of kidney stones.
Chickweed Herb, Stellaria media, wild crafted
Safe to consume when used appropriately.
Yerba Mate Leaf, Ilex paraguaiensis, organic
Contains caffeine. Avoid during pregnancy or lactation. Avoid use with other central nervous system stimulants. Avoid with heart disorders and epilepsy. May induce anxiety or aggravate depression. Avoid use with MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors). Avoid use with gastric or duodenal ulcers. May significantly inhibit absorption of non-heme iron. Not recommended for excessive or long-term use.
Lapacho Bark (Pau D'Arco), Tabebuia avellanedae, wild crafted
Avoid during pregnancy or lactation. Avoid with blood thinning medication. Large single doses of Lapacho bark decoctions may cause gastrointestinal upset and/or nausea.
Bladderwrack, Fucus vesiculosos, organic
Avoid with hyperthyroidism. Medication should be taken one hour before or several hours after consumption of Bladderwrack.
Burdock Root & Seed, Arctium lappa, organic
Safe to consume when used appropriately.
