I love how easy this is to dose throughout the day. I have severe chronic migraines and pair this with other herbal preventatives, and it has really made a difference. I used to take a pill that had feverfew in it, combined with lots of other ingredients, and it was just too much feverfew at once making me dizzy. This is so great because i can drop a little of it in some lemon water in the morning to start my day, drop a bit more in my lunchtime drink, and more in my tea or coffee at 4pm. Since there is no such thing as "extended release" herbs, i really love how much control this gives me, and my headaches are much much better since beginning this. Thank you Cheryl's!
