HAWTHORN/ELEUTHERO BROTH

(Eleuthero is also known as Siberian Ginseng)

Combine in a large pot, cover and simmer for 1 hour:

1 oz Hawthorn Berry

1 oz Eleuthero Root

16 Garlic cloves, fresh, peeled, roughly chopped just so they’re not whole

16 cups water, vegetable, grain, meat or bone broth

Strain and use as a replacement to water for making grains, beans or soup.
