Shipping & Return Policies

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented number of online orders. Due to this, we are not able to guarantee our usual 3 business day turn around time. We will process orders in the sequence that they are received.

In an attempt to provide access to as many households as possible, with some order we are temporarily limiting our maximum herb order quantity to 4 oz per herb. If that happens with your order you will be informed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Regular Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $50.

By placing your order, you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies”  below. Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our Carrier Calculated Shipping drop down menu.

Cheryls Herbs Group processes shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. CST. Please allow 1-3 days for processing in our shop before your order is ready to ship. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and the destination of your package. Delivery time is calculated by business days and does not include weekends or holidays. This delivery time is a transit average estimated by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Unavoidable delay may occur due to extreme weather conditions.

If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email, info@cherylsherbs, so that we may resolve the problem. 

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item. 

If you have concerns about the safety of your delivery, please contact us to apply a “Signature Upon Delivery ” option.

For Canadian orders additional charges may occur due to Governmental Department Customs Clearance. In this event, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Return Policy

*** With the Coronavirus we are not accepting RETURNS.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When your order arrives, please check purchased items and contact us immediately if there are any questions or concerns. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund custom blends of any kind.
