Directions for use: Place 3 or 4 drops in palm of hand, rub palms together vigorously till they are quite warm. Hold both palms close to mouth cupping hands over the face and inhale vapors slowly and deeply through open mouth several times.
Can also be used in:
Vaporization - For fragrancing the air, use 5-10 drops in an aromatherapy diffuser or in 3/4 inch water in a fragrance pot.
Bath - Use 5-10 drops mixed in bath water for adults.
Inhalations - Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.
Massage - Use up to 15 drops in 1oz vegetable oil or aloe gel for adults.
Cautions: Not recommended for internal use or during pregnancy.
