Uses:
Fragrancing Air - Use several drops in aromatherapy diffuser for house, car or office
Inhalations - Put a few drops on a tissue, in a bowl of hot water, front of shirt, both sides of pillow
Sprays - Combine 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for every ounce of water used in a spray bottle.
Shake well before each use.
Bottoms of feet: - Rub 5-10 undiluted drops on bottoms of
feet (use less for children)
Any size over 4oz will not have a spray attachment or dropper, it will be a flat top.
