• These are organic dried calendula flowers. Calendula is often made into a cream for topical use, as research has shown that it can clear the skin and help heal wounds. The dry flowers can, however, be used for internal use, such as in tea.

  • Calendula is known for its healing properties for external wounds and internal issues. The anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties have been used to cure or prevent gastric ulcers and congested lymph nodes and soothe sore throats.
  • To use calendula for tea, boil 8 oz of water. Pour boiling water into a cup with a teaspoon of the dried calendula and allow it to steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain the herbs before consuming the tea. Chill the herbal tea in the fridge for a few hours to enjoy iced tea. Do not consume more than 2-3 cups a day. Avoid if trying to get pregnant or are currently pregnant.
