Use 5 - 15 drops, 1 - 2 dropperfuls, or as much as a teaspoon at a time. Dose frequency could be 1 - 3 times or several times a day as desired. Generally best to start with less before increasing dose. Better results are more likely if taken on a daily basis. After several months of use, take a break. If necessary, change to a different set of herbs.

Bladderwrack Powder, Fucus vesiculosus, organic
Avoid during pregnancy or lactation. Avoid with hyperthyroidism. Contains iodine. Medication should be taken one hour before or several hours after consumption of Bladderwrack Powder. Prolonged use is not advised.
Gentian Root, Gentiana lutea, organic
Avoid with gastric irritation and inflammation. Avoid with gastric and duodenal ulcers. Especially sensitive people may experience headache.
Schizandra Berry, Schisandra chinensis, LAB
Avoid during pregnancy. Avoid with acute viral or bacterial infections, gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcers, and epilepsy. May increase the effect of barbiturates. May decrease effect of medication broken down by the liver.
Astragalus Root, Astragalus membranaceus, LAB
Avoid use with immunosuppressive medication.
Eleuthero Root (Siberian Ginseng), Eleutherococcus senticosus, organic
Avoid during hypertension, but some authorities disagree with this caution. Avoid with the cardiac medication digoxin.
Myrrh Gum, Commiphora molmol, wild crafted
Avoid during pregnancy and excessive uterine bleeding. Doses over 2.0 - 4.0 grams may cause irritation of the kidneys and diarrhea.
