BOTANICAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Helps to soothe mind and body, promoting healthy relaxation and sleep patterns. Supports the nervous system especially during stressful times. Excellent to use before bedtime and as needed during the day to maintain adequate relaxation and composure during work or other activities. This formula promotes healthy patterns at night but does not cause drowsiness during normal activities in the daytime.
Use 5 - 15 drops, 1 - 2 dropperfuls, or as much as a teaspoon at a time. Doses can be throughout the evening, at bedtime, or several times during the night as needed. For large body sizes or acute situations, use large doses more frequently and for smaller body sizes or mild situations use small doses. Common sense must prevail at all times when taking herbal products. For example, use of this product is not recommended before driving long distances on the highway.
Do not use herbal products to replace necessary care by a qualified physician.

Melissa Herb (Lemon Balm), Melissa officinalis, nat.farm.
May affect thyroid hormone levels and inhibit binding of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) to TSH receptors. In large amounts, Melissa is a thyroxin inhibitor. Avoid with Hashimoto thyroiditis and other hypothyroid conditions. Large amounts of Melissa may be antagonistic to Synthroid and Levoxyl.
