Aromatherapy! What is it exactly?
What are essential oils and how do I use them?
How do I know what oils to choose, and are they safe?
Do these oils really work? How do they work? Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions??
These questions and many more will be answered in this introductory workshop on Aromatherapy! Whether you are a beginner or have some understanding of Aromatherapy, you may want to attend this workshop. We will be talking about and smelling a few of the more common Essential Oils that can be used for many everyday issues.
You will have the 'hands-on' opportunity to make 1-2 products that you will be taking home with you!
