Herbs for stress, anxiety, and sleep.
In this 2.5 hour, hands on workshop we will go over basic nervous system physiology, the human stress response, and then dive deep into a discussion of herbs for acute and chronic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and/or insomnia.
After lecture, you will break into groups and learn to formulate your own calming herb tincture blend.
Bottles and herbs will be provided. All you need to bring is paper and a pen/pencil if you want to take notes.
Class is $35 and comes with a 1 ounce custom herbal tincture.
