This class includes medically approved toning and strengthening exercises, stress management techniques, bonding with your baby and group discussion of the developmental and emotional issues of pregnancy.

 

Yoga For Pregnancy

is beneficial to women at all stages of pregnancy and at all fitness levels, no experience is necessary.

Instructor: Maria Carella LPC

 

Maria Carella is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor who has been helping women deal with the emotional and mental challenges of infertility, pregnancy and parenting for over 20 years. In addition to individual and family counseling she does groups for women and couples incorporating mind-body principles. She has specialized training in somatic psychotherapy, hypnosis, yoga and sandplay therapy.
