Namaste!  These offerings of Group Meditation and Sangha arise because I see the longing for students and friends to gather and share ourselves from the beautiful stillness of meditation.  It is our highest selves that we share when we, as Adyashanti puts it, "rest as awareness."  The small self  falls away and we see ourselves, and each other for who we really are... beautiful beings of pure love, truth and Oneness.
It's a simple thing really... it's resting in our extraordinary ordinariness.

So I won't be teaching much in the way of meditation techniques or practices.  Though I'm happy to give gentle guidance if it is requested.  I will lead some simple Pranayama and chants if that is well-received.  No experience required!
Bring yourself, whatever your state of being at the time; happy, disheveled, wounded or celebratory, it doesn't matter!  Your truth, your sense of aliveness at any moment will be embraced and appreciated.  We are mirrors for each other, after all, whatever the experience we have all been there.
See you soon at Sri Mata, my home Yoga cottage in Maplewood.
Om Shanti, Dear friend!
